This sculpture is suspended from the roof, approximately 3.5m above the floor. It comprises two halves of a 2m-diameter disc. At the circumference of the disc are four ellipsoids which rotate in a succession of 15 minute quarterly sequences as shown in the photographs. This enables the public to tell the time within the hour.
